How does the check-in process work?
- Receive your access code via email or SMS a few days before arrival.
- Check-in from 4:00 PM onwards with 24/7 flexibility.
How does the check-out process work?
- Check-out is available until 11:00 AM. You may leave the key inside the flat.
- Payment is processed contactlessly using the provided bank/credit card details or through your chosen booking platform.
- For drinks or snacks, we kindly ask you to leave cash on the table.
- We can email you the invoice upon request.
Can extra guests stay in the room?
Our accommodation is designed as a place of peace and relaxation for adults. To maintain this serene atmosphere and ensure optimal hygiene, we do not welcome children or pets. The flats are equipped for two people.
Am I allowed to bring my pet?

No, the flats are self-catering. Should you have a specific request, we are always available to provide a solution.

What is the LEZ zone in Ghent?

Our location is situated outside the LEZ zone. You can enjoy free private parking here and travel quickly and easily to the center of Ghent by bicycle, public bus, or taxi.

What is the best way to reach the center of Ghent?
- Ghent city center is car-free and tailored to pedestrians and cyclists. For those with limited mobility, there is a shuttle bus.
- Public transport: There is a bus stop 200 meters from Marcel de Gand where you can take bus 10 directly to the center of Ghent. The bus runs every 10 minutes and takes you to the heart of the city in approximately 15 minutes.
- Bicycle: You can rent standard or electric bicycles from us at a competitive rate. Please reserve your bicycle in advance via email.
